Placement Coordinator
Ms.
Crimm, with over twenty years of administrative/management
experience, has a strong background in planning and implementing special projects for youth and bringing
together diverse groups of people.
Her credentials include serving on task force/boards of various
children and family advocate organizations.
In addition, she has extensive experience in recruiting and training
volunteers, seminar facilitating and leadership development. She attended
the Fine Arts Program at Forest Park
Community College and Fontbonne
University.
Ms. Crimm’s major
goal is to assist students graduating from Construction Careers
Center in connecting
to the various construction apprenticeship programs or other post-secondary
programs of their choice. Part of
Ms. Crimm’s responsibilities is to identify
barriers to student success and develop needed community resources to
ensure a smooth transition from school to work.
