Gina
Washington
Assistant Administrator
Mrs. Gina Washington
has two philosophies of education “Education is Power” and “All Children
Can Learn if Given an Equal Opportunity.”
Mrs. Washington
received her undergraduate Bachelors of Science Degree in Education at Lincoln University
in Jefferson City, Missouri in 1995, and achieved her Masters in Secondary
Administration from the University
of Missouri- St. Louis
in 1999. She has experienced teaching in the Jefferson
City School District,
Gateway Christian High School
and has also taught as an adjunct faculty member at Harris Stowe State
College.
Gina joined the Construction Careers
Center charter high
school staff in 2001 and has taught Government and Civics to the freshman
class and American History and Labor History to the sophomore
class.
Mrs. Washington
moved into the role of Assistant Administrator just prior to the 2004-2005
school year. “I am extremely excited about
the new position as the assistant administrator of Construction Careers Center.”
“I have been at this school from the very beginning and I am extremely
excited to see our 1st class graduate at the end of this school year.”
“This school offers students an
opportunity to be successful in the construction industry upon graduation.”
We are preparing students to become lifetime learners!
Gina is married and has one daughter. She loves to travel, read, and she
collects elephants.
