A continuation of Lit/Comp, Lit Lab meets the needs of non-proficient readers in a variety of ways. Students will work with fiction and nonfiction texts as they learn reading strategies, decoding strategies, and comprehension strategies. Timed readings also are an important part of this class. In addition, students will work in the WIN for WorkKeys computer software, which prepares them for the WorkKeys test.
